1. Overview

This manual introduces the functions of the AiCS WISE-iService inspection mobile app for quick and easy use of the product. This manual is intended for company supervisors, chain site managers, and other relevant personnel.

2. Product Description

2.1 Product Overview

WISE-iService Inspection assists retail brands in building digital site inspection processes that are quicker and more standardized. It also supports the introduction of dynamic images in Remote Inspection for real-time (live) supervision and management processes, thus enhancing the communication efficiency between site managers and their corporate headquarters. The WISE-iService Inspection mobile app offers the following services:

• Inspection: Includes On-site Inspection and Inspection Reports.
• Monitoring: Scheduled for launch in early 2022. Currently under development.
• Events: Includes All Events, Pending Events, Completed Events, and Rejected Events.
• Approval: Through the Sign-off Management feature, inspection reports submitted by inspectors must be approved by the sign-off personnel before they become official and viewable inspection reports.
• Schedule: The inspection scheduling feature allows inspection managers to pre-schedule inspection tasks for the personnel who carry out the inspections.
• Statistics: Includes Inspection Statistics and Event Statistics.

2.2 Product Information

The WISE-iService app is available on iOS and Android systems and can be downloaded through the following methods:

• For iOS users, please download WISE-iService from the App Store. Or scan the QR code to download the app.

• For Android users, please download WISE-iService from Google Play. Or scan the QR code to download the app.

• Before using the app, the company Admin should set up the accounts and permissions for supervisors and managers.

3. Operating Environment

Smartphone operating system:

• Minimum system requirement for Android: v9.0.
• Minimum system requirement for iOS: v10.3.1.
